Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution:
Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within allocated resources.

Team Leadership:
Lead, supervise, and mentor project teams, including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.

Stakeholder Management:
Liaise with clients, architects, consultants, and government authorities.
Ensure that all stakeholders are aligned on project deliverables and timelines.

Quality & Safety Management:
Ensure all projects adhere to quality standards and safety regulations.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance.

Tool Utilization:
Proficiently use project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
Utilize design tools like AutoCAD, Revit,



or BIM software for project planning and design reviews.
Employ tools for cost estimation, tracking (e.g., Candy), and documentation (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam).

Risk Management:
Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
Address unforeseen issues promptly to minimize delays or cost overruns.

Reporting & Documentation:
Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation for audits and references.

Qualifications & Skills:
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Experience:
Minimum 15 years of experience in civil construction and project management.
Proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure or commercial projects.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, Procore, and similar tools.
