We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and highly motivated Sales Calling Executive to join our growing team at Rank Rush. In this role, you will be responsible for generating high-quality leads and driving sales for our Web Design and Digital Marketing services.

This is a target-based role where you will pitch our digital solutions to businesses across all industries (E-commerce, Healthcare, Real Estate, Retail, etc.). If you are a go-getter who loves a challenge and wants to earn lucrative incentives on top of a fixed salary, this job is for you

Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calling: Make cold calls and follow up on leads to pitch Web Design, Website Development, and Digital Marketing services.
Lead Generation: Identify potential B2B clients across various industries, understand their business needs, and generate high-quality leads.
Pitching & Convincing: Explain the advantages of having a solid online presence, qualified websites, and digital marketing strategies to business owners.
Target Achievement:



Meet and exceed daily calling targets and monthly sales/lead generation targets.
Data Management: Maintain a clean and updated record of all calls, follow-ups, and client responses in the sheet/CRM.

Requirements & Skills
Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate in any stream.
Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, or B2B sales (experience in IT, Web Design, or Digital Marketing agencies is a huge plus).
Communication: Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills in English and Hindi.
Mindset: Strong target-driven mindset, resilient, and highly energetic.
Skills: Basic knowledge of how websites and social media marketing help businesses grow.

What We Offer
Fixed Monthly Salary (₹10,000 - ₹15,000 based on interview and experience).
