Key Responsibilities
Overall responsibility for the technical and operational performance of the plant.
Ensure productive operation of DRI, Furnace, and Power Plant facilities.
Lead and coordinate all technical departments and plant personnel.
Improve productivity, operational efficiency, and profitability.
Monitor equipment performance and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory requirements.
Develop and implement systems, procedures, and best practices for smooth plant functioning.
Drive cost reduction, process improvement, and continuous operational excellence.
Be accountable for achieving production targets while maintaining quality standards.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
