Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries through Calls
Resolve customer concerns in real time with professionalism and empathy.
Provide accurate information and ensure excellent customer service.
Maintain quality standards and process compliance.

Eligibility:
Good English Communication Skills
BPO/Customer Support experience preferred
Must be fluent in the “Kannada / Tamil & English” languages
