The Role

We are seeking a skilled Buying Qualified - Direct Materials to manage end-to-end procurement processes for direct materials and services,



ensuring seamless supplier coordination and process compliance.

Navi Mumbai - Pawne

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle for direct materials/services
Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
Track PR to PO conversion and order fulfillment
Monitor supplier performance and delivery timelines
Handle escalations and resolve supply chain issues
Maintain procurement documentation and reporting

Specific Focus Areas Include:
PR to PO conversion tracking
Supplier confirmation and delivery follow-ups
Exception handling and escalation management
Performance tracking (OTIF, lead time adherence)
Reporting and stakeholder updates

Requirements:
Experience in direct procurement or supply chain operations.
Solid understanding of procurement lifecycle and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and suppliers.
