Responsibility Deliverable

1.Communicating with the customer to ensure that services are being delivered effectively.

2.Promptly following up on service request and providing customer feedback.





3.Monitoring and maintaining the performance of Mechanical / Electrical equipment.

4.Explain current features and suggest upgrades to customers.

5.Providing recommendations about new features and product improvements.

6.Ordering and stocking materials as needed.

7.Providing transparent customer feedback.

8.Ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients.

9.Writing reports on a regular basis and presenting findings to managers.

Education & Experience
Diploma/B. Tech/ B.E in Mechanical & Electrical field
1 - 3 years of work experience in Industrial Equipment & Machinery Industry (Preferable)

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
