We are a growing men’s fashion brand looking for a responsible team member to manage daily order operations and support our Instagram presence.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Inventory, Process & pack orders
Coordinate with courier partners and follow up to prevent RTO
Handle COD confirmation calls and customer queries
Manage return requests and file claims for courier issues
Manage Instagram page and create engaging content (posts/reels)Requirements:
Basic knowledge of Shopify/Amazon/Flipkart & able to do listings of products.
Valuable communication skills (Hindi & English)
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Basic content creation skills (Canva/Reels editing preferred)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
