Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise-grade RPA solutions using UiPath and Automation Anywhere.
Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate risks.
Develop scalable and reusable automation frameworks, components, and libraries.
Participate in the complete RPA lifecycle including process assessment, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
Collaborate with client IT, Infrastructure, Security, and Architecture teams during solution implementation.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including:
Process Design Documents (PDD)
Solution Design Documents (SDD)
Test Cases
Deployment and Support Guides
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production rollout, hypercare, and bot maintenance activities.
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior RPA developers.
Contribute to RPA governance frameworks, standards, and best practices.
Work effectively with distributed teams across multiple geographies and time zones.
Participate in client discussions and provide technical guidance on automation initiatives.

Solid hands-on experience with:
UiPath (mandatory)

Minimum 5+ years of overall experience with at least 3+ years in RPA implementation projects.
