Fresher with International BPO/sales experience preferred (excellent communication skills required)

Shift: Night Shift(6:30 PM IST - 3:30 AM IST)

Location: Noida sector 63 (Work from Office)

Meal:Provided at office

Cab: Females employees gets cab facilities
Key Responsibilities:
Explain the 3B Staffing recruitment process.
Build trust and maintain regular follow-ups.
Achieve daily calling and onboarding targets.

Required Skills:
Fluent English communication (Verbal & Written).
Excellent convincing and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Target-oriented and willing to work in the night shift.

Qualification:
Graduate in any stream.
Fresher’s with excellent communication skills may apply.
Prior experience in Recruitment, BPO, Tele calling, Customer Support, or Sales is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
