Key Responsibilities:
Ensure maximum machine uptime through preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation-related issues.
Lead and manage the maintenance team, allocating work and monitoring performance.
Maintain all maintenance documentation, reports, SOPs, and equipment records.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchase, Stores, and EHS teams for smooth plant operations.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring breakdowns.
Liaise with OEMs and foreign vendors for technical support, troubleshooting, and spare parts procurement.
Support machine installation, commissioning, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering.
8+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing workplace.
Solid knowledge of industrial machinery, maintenance systems, and team management.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and foreign vendors.
Valuable communication, troubleshooting, and leadership skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
