Job Duties & Responsibilities

Generate recent clients and develop business opportunities for insurance products.

Promote and sell various insurance policies, including Motor Insurance, Health Insurance, and Travel Insurance.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions.

Build and maintain solid relationships with clients to ensure long-term business growth.

Learn and stay updated on insurance products, policy features, and industry regulations.

Handle the complete sales process, from lead generation to policy issuance.

Provide excellent customer service and assist clients with insurance-related queries.

Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business development efforts.

Requirements:
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to learn about insurance products and sales processes.

Prior sales or insurance experience is an advantage, but freshers can also apply.

Salary

₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month
