JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Training Coordinator, your role is essential in managing the end-to-end operations of the Central Technical Academy (CTA), Vadodara, ensuring seamless administration, infrastructure readiness, and effective execution of technical training programs.




This role combines academy administration (50%) and training management (50%), ensuring the academy delivers high-quality, compliant, and impactful capability-building programs aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
Here are the key responsibilities:
Academy Administration & Operations
Manage day-to-day operations of the Central Technical Academy (CTA)
Ensure training infrastructure readiness (classrooms, equipment, materials, digital tools)
Coordinate training schedules, calendars, and logistics across batches
Handle vendor coordination (training partners, external faculty, infrastructure support)
Monitor and manage training-related documentation and records
Ensure audit-ready documentation for all training activities
Track utilization of academy resources and ensure optimal usage
Support budget tracking and cost control for training programs
Drive process standardization and smooth functioni
