Qualifications & Experience
Postgraduate degree from a recognized university.
B.Ed. is mandatory.
Proven experience as a Principal or Vice Principal in a CBSE-affiliated school.
Strong understanding of CBSE Affiliation Bye-Laws, Board Examination processes, NEP 2020, and school accreditation standards.
Demonstrated expertise in academic leadership, school administration, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent communication, leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
Strong counselling and mentoring abilities for students and staff.
Proficiency in academic observations, teacher evaluations, and school improvement planning.

Ability to commute/relocate:
Secunderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
