Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, and other marketplaces.
Create and update product listings with accurate titles, descriptions, images, and pricing.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock updates.
Process and track customer orders, returns, cancellations, and replacements.
Coordinate with logistics and support teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Monitor account health, seller performance, and marketplace policies.
Resolve listing issues, suppressed products, and catalog-related errors.
Generate sales, inventory, and performance reports.
Work closely with internal teams to improve marketplace performance and sales.

Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of e-commerce marketplaces.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Robust attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.




Quick learner with a positive attitude.

Qualification:
Graduate / Undergraduate (Any Stream)
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Prior experience in e-commerce operations is an added advantage.
