Maintain and update lead information in CRM/ERP systems.
Ensure timely follow-up on all assigned leads.

Customer Engagement
Contact prospective customers and understand their requirements.
Provide product information and arrange demonstrations when required.
Build robust relationships with potential customers.
Address customer queries and guide them through the buying process.

Sales Support
Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team.
Track lead status and ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
Follow up on quotations and pending opportunities.
Support the team in achieving monthly sales targets.

Reporting & Analysis
Prepare daily lead follow-up and conversion reports.
Monitor lead response time and conversion ratios.
Share market feedback and customer insights with management.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
