Key Responsibilities
⁠ ⁠Plan, launch, manage and optimise Google Ads and YouTube Ads campaigns.
⁠ ⁠Develop strategies to generate maximum high-quality leads and registrations for MIIQ.
⁠ ⁠Manage Google Search, Performance Max, Display, Discovery/Demand Gen and YouTube campaigns.
⁠ ⁠Conduct extensive keyword research, competitor analysis and audience research.
⁠ ⁠Develop high-intent targeting strategies for women interested in pageants, beauty, fashion, confidence, leadership and personal growth.
⁠ ⁠Create and optimise YouTube In-Stream, Shorts and video campaigns for maximum reach, engagement and conversions.
⁠ ⁠Build effective conversion funnels, remarketing and audience segmentation strategies.
⁠ ⁠Optimise campaigns based on CPL, CPA, conversion rate, lead quality, ROAS and overall ROI.




⁠ ⁠Track and analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.
⁠ ⁠Identify low-quality traffic and continuously improve targeting to increase qualified enquiries and registrations.
⁠ ⁠Conduct A/B testing of keywords, audiences, ad copies, landing pages, creatives and CTAs.
⁠ ⁠Develop remarketing strategies for website visitors, video viewers and previous leads.
⁠ ⁠Collaborate with the Content, Creative, Sales and Telecalling teams to improve the complete lead-to-registration funnel.
⁠ ⁠Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with transparent insights and actionable recommendations.
⁠ ⁠Stay updated with Google Ads, YouTube, AI marketing tools, automation and changing advertising trends.

Must-Have Skills
⁠ ⁠4+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and YouTube Ads.
⁠ ⁠Robust expertise in Google Search Ads, Performance Max, Display, Demand Gen and YouTube Ads.
