Senior Engineer - SharePoint

What you will do:
As a Senior Engineer - SharePoint, you will play a key role in managing and evolving TJX’s Microsoft 365 collaboration platform.



This is a hands-on engineering role focused on SharePoint Online administration, governance, automation, and operational excellence.

You will:
Lead and contribute to SharePoint Online initiatives, including Information Architecture design, governance, and platform improvements
Design and implement automation solutions using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API
Define and enforce governance standards across SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive (permissions, lifecycle, external sharing)
Partner with IT Security, Privacy & Compliance, IAM (Entra), and IT teams across the organization to deliver secure and compliant solutions
Provide L3 Engineering support for complex issues, including root cause analysis and long-term remediation
Develop and maintain operational documentation, standards, and best practices
Design solutions to improve platform health, service stability, and user experience.
Collaborate with global business teams to deliver scalable and high-impact sol
