Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular inspections and walkthroughs across all departments to assess productivity, workforce engagement, and resource utilization.
Monitor employee performance and workplace activities to ensure productive use of working hours and adherence to company standards.
Coordinate with Department Heads to resolve operational, productivity, staffing, and performance-related issues.
Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and workplace safety regulations.
Investigate and report operational concerns, policy violations, and productivity challenges to management.
Prepare accurate reports on operational performance, workforce productivity, and compliance observations.




Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency, reducing downtime, and optimizing resources.
Promote a positive work workplace focused on accountability, discipline, teamwork, and operational excellence.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management
Proven experience in warehouse supervision, logistics, or a similar leadership role.
Solid leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and report preparation.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with multiple departments.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
