Business Development Executive

Location: Trivandrum

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Hours
Monday to Saturday
9:30 AM - 6:00 PM:
Flexibility to attend client meetings when required.
Sunday: Weekly Off

About the Role
Key Responsibilities_
Identify and develop recent business prospects.
Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with individuals, businesses, and corporate clients.
Promote the firm's qualified services.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
Develop strategic partnerships and expand the firm's client base.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
Stay updated on industry trends, taxation, and regulatory changes relevant to clients.
Requirements_
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
MBA is preferred and will be considered an added advantage.
Minimum 1 year experience in business development,



preferably in a tax consultancy, accounting firm, financial services, banking, or related industry.
Good knowledge of taxation, accounting, financial services, or corporate compliance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong networking and relationship management abilities.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
