Role description:
Responsibilities:
Administer and support the Qualys VMDR platform.:
Configure, schedule, and manage vulnerability scans.:
Manage Qualys Cloud Agents, asset groups, and asset tagging.:
Perform user administration, RBAC, and platform configuration.:
Generate vulnerability, compliance, and executive reports.:
Work with infrastructure and security teams to drive vulnerability remediation.:
Monitor scan performance and troubleshoot scan-related issues.:
Support integrations with ServiceNow, SIEM tools, and other security platforms.
Required Skills:
4+ years of experience with Qualys VMDR.:
Robust knowledge of Vulnerability Management and Security Operations.:
Experience with Cloud Agents, Asset Tagging, and RBAC.:
Experience creating dashboards and reports.:
Understanding of CVSS scoring and vulnerability remediation processes.:
Experience with Qualys API and integrations is preferred.:
Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
ServiceNow integration.:
SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar, Sentinel).:
Cloud security exposure (AWS, Azure, GCP).:
Compliance and audit reporting experience.
