Your Role:
We are looking for a skilled finance qualified with robust SAP expertise to join the Finance Application Functional Support (FAFS) team. The role will focus on providing Level 1 functional support for SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI/CO), ensuring timely resolution of user issues and stability of finance operations.

Functional Support & Issue Resolution
Act as the first point of contact (L1) for finance users, handling functional queries related to SAP FI and CO modules
Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve issues within defined SLAs
Escalate complex or technical issues to L2/L3 teams while maintaining ownership
Process & System Understanding




Support financial processes within SAP S/4HANA and ensure alignment with business requirements
Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements and optimization
Service Management & Governance
Manage incidents and service requests through ServiceNow / Service Central
Ensure adherence to SLA / KPI targets and reporting standards
Cross-functional teams and L2 support
Facilitate smooth coordination between business and technical teams
Knowledge Management
Contribute to SOPs, knowledge articles, and standard solutions
Support continuous improvement and knowledge-sharing initiatives
Regional Coverage (North America Focus)
Provide dedicated support aligned to North America business operations
Ensure effective communication and timely resolution across US/Canada entities

Your Profile:
Robust experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI/CO modules)
Good understanding of end-to-end finance processe
