Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage and grow key client accounts within the IT Staffing business. The role involves client relationship management, revenue growth, resource fulfillment coordination, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients across IT staffing and workforce solutions.
Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, hiring managers, and procurement teams.
Drive account growth through new requirements, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities.
Partner with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client mandates.
Conduct regular governance meetings, business reviews, and client visits.
Monitor account performance, revenue, margins, and overall profitability.
Track hiring pipelines, closure ratios, and resource deployment metrics.
Address client escalations and ensure prompt resolution of issues.




Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and staffing agreements.
Prepare MIS reports, account forecasts, and business plans.
Stay updated on market trends, hiring demands, and competitor activities.
Required Skills
Strong experience in IT Staffing, Recruitment, or Workforce Solutions.
Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
Experience handling enterprise accounts and large hiring volumes.
Robust negotiation and account growth capabilities.
Understanding of contract staffing, permanent hiring, and C2H models.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
MBA preferred.
5+ years of experience in IT Staffing/Recruitment Account Management.
