Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Capture high-quality photographs and videos for internal and external communication, marketing campaigns, events, interviews, and brand initiatives.
Plan and execute photo shoots and video productions, including conceptualization, lighting, framing, and camera setup.
Edit and produce professional-quality videos, including promotional videos, interviews, reels, documentaries, social media content, and corporate films.
Perform post-production tasks such as color correction, sound editing, motion graphics, transitions, and visual enhancements.
Collaborate with the Communication Design team to understand creative briefs, campaign objectives, and storytelling requirements.
Manage and maintain photography and videography equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, microphones, and accessories.
Organize and maintain digital assets, including photographs, videos, raw footage, and edited files.
Ensure all visual content follows brand guidelines, quality standards, and project timelines.
Stay updated with industry trends,



creative techniques, editing styles, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Photography, Film Production, Communication Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Photographer, Videographer, and Video Editor with a robust portfolio.
Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, and other relevant tools.
Solid understanding of camera operations, lighting techniques, composition, storytelling, and audio recording.
Knowledge of social media content formats and current digital content trends.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced creative workplace.
Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and time-management skills.
