Eduflair Learning Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a growing study abroad and language training institute helping students achieve their international education goals. We are looking for a passionate and target-oriented Academic Counsellor ( Sales) to join our team.
Roles & Responsibilities
Counsel students regarding study abroad programs and language courses
Handle inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
Explain course details, admission process, and fee structure
Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions
Maintain student data and update CRM records
Coordinate with academic and sales teams
Build strong relationships with students and parents
Achieve monthly admission targets
Requirements:
Minimum 6 Months to 1 Year experience in Academic Counselling / Study Abroad / Education Industry is mandatory:
Positive communication and convincing skills
Fluent in English and Malayalam
Basic computer knowledge
Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
