This is a full time in office role located in Gurugram for a Patient Relation - Domestic. The PR will be responsible Coordinating between hospitals and case manager, handling crm and lead distribution.
Must have:
Fluency in English
Knowledge of Hospital Operations & understanding of Medical Terminology
Excellent Communication skills

Quick & assertive in responding to any situation relating to patient treatment

Must have the ability to make sales
Preferred/Desired Skills:
Previous experience in healthcare sector or similar profile would be a bonus.
Education background in Healthcare/Hospital Administration would be considered
6 months of experience in any healthcare
