Key Responsibilities
Finance
Support hedge fund operations, including trade reconciliation, performance monitoring, and investment reporting.
Prepare dashboards and reports to track trading performance, portfolio metrics, and investment returns.
Work with investment and trading data to support financial analysis and decision-making.
Prepare invoices, payment records, and expense reports.
Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Ensure compliance with internal financial processes and documentation standards.
Administration
Maintain organized physical and digital records.
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and office documentation.
Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
Support day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth office operations.
Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com preferred), Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
Up to 1 year of experience in finance or accounting. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Immediate joiners preferred.:
Solid academic record with consistently high grades in school and college, particularly in Mathematics.
Strong spoken and written English, along with strong analytical and numerical skills.:
NISM certification in Securities and Derivatives is an added advantage.:
Working knowledge of Tally is an added advantage.
Required Skills:
Robust proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
