Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
Explain courses, facilities, fees, and admission procedures.
Follow up on inquiries and admissions leads.
Maintain accurate records of calls and student information.
Answer questions and resolve basic queries.
Schedule counseling sessions and campus visits.
Achieve admission and counseling targets.

Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Prior telecalling or counseling experience preferred.
