About the Role

You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, QA engineers, DevOps, and other software engineers to deliver secure, resilient, and customer-focused solutions.

What You’ll Do
Design and develop scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
Develop end-to-end features from design through deployment.
Build software that is reliable, maintainable, and easy to scale.
Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
Write clean, well-tested, and reusable code.
Participate in architecture discussions and code reviews.
Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and Engineering teams in an Agile environment.
Support CI/CD deployments and production releases.
Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of qualified software development experience.
Solid experience with Java and Spring Boot.
Experience building highly scalable, distributed systems.




Experience designing and developing REST APIs.
Experience with Microservices architecture.
Strong experience with React, Angular, or another modern JavaScript framework.
Experience with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle.
Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Experience using Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
Solid debugging and production support skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Apache Kafka or other event-streaming platforms.
Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
Experience designing fault-tolerant distributed systems.
Knowledge of caching technologies such as Redis.
Experience with Kubernetes.
Experience mentoring software engineers.
