Salary & Benefits
Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 per month
Performance Incentive: Up to ₹9,500 per month
Total Earning Potential: Up to ₹24,500 per month

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
Achieve individual and store sales targets
Build strong customer relationships
Assist in inventory management and stock checks




Maintain showroom presentation standards
Support promotional and marketing activities
Follow company sales processes and SOPs

Requirements:
Freshers may apply
Prior retail sales experience preferred
Jewellery experience is an advantage
Positive communication skills in Malayalam and basic English
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
