Role Overview

The Senior HR Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the overall Human Resources function at The Dhan Mill. The role involves overseeing recruitment, payroll, statutory compliance, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, and ensuring a positive and productive work setting while maintaining compliance with all applicable labour laws.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Management
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
Advise management on HR policies, workforce planning, and employee-related matters.
Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all levels of hiring.
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
Ensure timely onboarding and induction of new employees.




Payroll & Compensation
Oversee monthly payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement.
Verify attendance, overtime, leave records, and payroll inputs.
Administer employee advantages, reimbursements, and final settlements.
Statutory Compliance
Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
Manage PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, Shops & Establishment, and other regulatory compliances.
Coordinate statutory audits and maintain compliance records.
Liaise with government authorities and external consultants as required.
Employee Relations
Address employee grievances and resolve workplace conflicts effectively.
Conduct disciplinary proceedings and ensure adherence to company policies.
Promote a healthy and positive work culture.
Performance Management
Design and implement performance appraisal processes.
