JOB DESCRIPTION
Code, design, execute, and take complete responsibility for the delivery and maintenance of software projects/products.
Work with business groups to outline project deliverables and manage the roadmap of R&D; initiatives.
Work with Technical Relationship Managers, Product Owners, and Architects to understand client-initiated R&D; requests.
Act as a point of contact for managing and driving production defects to resolution.
Tailor processes to help manage time-sensitive issues and bring them to appropriate closure.
Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Participate in solution design discussions and contribute to defining technical architecture.
Engage and guide a team of highly talented technologists and mentor junior engineers in their qualified growth.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and software engineering best practices.




Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to quality, automation, performance, and scalability.

REQUIREMENTS

An Engineering Bachelor's Degree (BE / B.Tech / MCA or equivalent) in Computer Science with at least 10+ years of software development experience.

Technical Skills
Proven experience in designing scalable, maintainable, and secure software solutions.
Positive understanding and working knowledge of REST APIs, SOLID Principles, Design Patterns, debugging techniques, and logging frameworks such as ELK, Serilog, Splunk, or equivalent.
Robust understanding of frontend technologies including Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive UI development across multiple devices.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Azure DevOps/Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes is preferred.
Experience with messaging platforms such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, Azure Service Bus, or equivalent is preferred.
