Key Responsibilities
Explain BeastDrive events, ticket categories, pricing, and offers.
Coordinate with participants and assist them in purchasing tickets.
Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into registrations.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
Handle customer queries and provide timely support.
Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and participant interactions.
Achieve daily, weekly,
and monthly sales targets.
