Duration: 3 months
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update customer and lead information in the CRM system.
Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, online research, and cold calling.
Track follow-ups, client interactions, and meeting schedules.
Ensure CRM data accuracy and prepare regular reports on lead status and pipeline activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to manage customer information efficiently.
Support client engagement activities and maintain organized communication records.
Required Skills:
Solid organizational and communication skills.
Basic understanding of CRM tools and customer relationship management.
Proficiency in MS Office, LinkedIn, and CRM software (preferred).
Positive attention to detail and data management skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
Pay: From ₹8,223.59 per month
