Job Prospect - Store & Procurement Executive

Company: Dr. Shroff's Charity Eye Hospital
Location: Munger
Salary: ₹25,000 per month
Analyze departmental requirements and manage end-to-end procurement activities.
Source, evaluate, and coordinate with vendors to ensure quality, reliability, and cost optimization.
Invite quotations, prepare comparative statements, and process purchase orders and approvals.
Handle material receipt, verification, storage, and issue against indents as per hospital requirements.
Manage inventory control, stock reconciliation, and physical vs. Tally stock verification.
Prepare and maintain documentation, including invoices, vendor records, gate passes (RGP, NRGP, Stock Transfer), and purchase files.
Coordinate emergency medicine supplies and material dispatch to satellite hospitals.
Maintain daily material issue entries in Tally ERP and support OT, ward,



and OPD supply requirements.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and proper record management.

Basic Knowledge of Inventory Control and FIFO/FEFO Practices
