Where You'll Make a Difference
Manage end-to-end Order to Cash (OTC)operations, ensuring seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
Act as a key liaison between customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholdersto deliver exceptional service.
Drive operational excellence by ensuring timely order fulfillment, invoicing, dispatch coordination, and issue resolution.




Support business growth through effective customer relationship management and proactive problem-solving.
Contribute to continuous process improvement while maintaining SLA adherence and process compliance.
What Makes You the Right Fit
Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Proven experience in Order Management, Customer Service, OTC, or Supply Chain operations.
Strong understanding of the complete OTC cycle, including:
Order Processing
Invoicing & Billing
Dispatch Coordination
Customer Query Resolution
Returns & Claims Management
Hands-on experience working with SAP (SD/MM modules preferred).
Advanced Excel skills with expertise in:
VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
HLOOKUP
INDEX-MATCH
Pivot Tables
MIS Reporting
Data Reconciliation & Analysis
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and customer handling skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced setting while meeting SLA commitments.
