Senior Captain - Roles & Responsibilities (Short)
Supervise Captains, Stewards, and service staff during shifts.
Ensure excellent guest service and resolve guest complaints promptly.
Conduct pre-shift briefings and allocate daily duties.
Monitor staff grooming, punctuality, and discipline.
Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and restaurant readiness.
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar for smooth service.
Assist guests with menu recommendations, food pairing, and upselling.
Ensure accurate order taking, billing, and payment processing.
Handle reservations, VIP guests, and special requests.
Train and guide junior staff on service standards and SOPs.
Maintain hygiene, safety, and operational standards.
Report daily operations and support the Restaurant Manager in achieving service and sales targets.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
