Devaki Neuropsychiatry Hospital is a specialized mental healthcare center in Amritsar providing psychiatry OPD, IPD services, psychological therapies, and speech therapy. We focus on ethical practice, structured treatment, and measurable patient outcomes.

We are expanding our referral network and seeking a performance-oriented Medical Representative to strengthen relationships with doctors and healthcare institutions.

Role Objective

To generate consistent patient referrals by building and maintaining professional relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and community healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities

Referral Network Development
Visit general physicians, pediatricians, neurologists, physicians, and other relevant specialists.
Build and maintain qualified referral relationships.
Expand the hospital’s referral base monthly.





Business Development
Generate OPD, IPD, and speech therapy referrals.
Follow up with referral doctors regularly.
Ensure better conversion from referral to admission.

Field Activity & Meetings
Conduct minimum fixed doctor visits per day.
Arrange meetings, CME sessions, and awareness programs.
Represent hospital at local medical events.

Reporting & Documentation
Maintain daily visit reports in Google Sheets / CRM.
Update referral status.
Track conversions from each doctor.

Market Intelligence
Monitor competitor activity.
Track referral trends.
Identify growth pockets in territory.
