Generate service appointments and increase workshop vehicle inflow through field marketing activities.
Follow up with existing customers for periodic maintenance, repairs, insurance renewals, and value-added services.
Identify and develop recent business opportunities through cold calls, field visits, and referrals.
Coordinate with Service Advisors and the workshop team to ensure smooth vehicle pickup, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
Promote Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), service campaigns, accessories, extended warranty, and roadside assistance programs.
Maintain accurate records of customer visits, leads, follow-ups, and service conversions in the CRM system.
Collect customer feedback, address service concerns, and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
Achieve monthly targets for service bookings, customer acquisition, revenue generation, and customer retention.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
