Key Responsibilities:
Career Guidance: Help models understand career paths in modelling (fashion, commercial, print, runway, etc.) and suggest suitable opportunities.
Talent Assessment: Assess potential talent based on portfolios, auditions, personality, and goals.
Personal Development: Advise on grooming, confidence building, and communication skills.
Goal Setting: Assist models in setting realistic career goals and creating action plans.
Training Coordination: Recommend or coordinate with grooming schools, workshops, and fitness/nutrition experts.
Emotional Support: Offer a secure space for models to discuss insecurities, career anxieties, and challenges in the industry.
Client Preparation: Prepare models for castings, portfolio shoots, and interactions with agencies/clients.
Parental Guidance (for minors): Counsel parents/guardians of underage models on ethical practices and career progression.
Industry Insights: Keep talent informed about current trends,



professional ethics, and safety measures in the modelling world.
Documentation & Feedback: Maintain confidential records and provide performance feedback to the management team.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counselling, Human Resources, Fashion Management, or related field.
Prior experience in modelling, counselling, talent management, or fashion industry is a plus.
Robust interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive conversations with discretion and empathy.
Fluent in [languages as applicable].
Passion for helping people reach their personal and professional potential.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
