Key Responsibilities:
Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing
Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns across:
Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max)
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
LinkedIn Ads
Other relevant advertising platforms
Manage PPC campaigns to maximize ROI, lead generation, and conversions.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
Optimize bidding strategies, ad creatives, landing pages, and conversion funnels.
Track campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
Manage advertising budgets efficiently and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and other tracking tools.

SEO & Organic Growth
Implement and manage On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO activities.
Conduct keyword research and SEO audits.
Monitor website performance and identify opportunities for organic traffic growth.




Coordinate with content and development teams for SEO implementation.
Track keyword rankings, website traffic, and overall SEO performance.

Analytics & Reporting
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
Analyze campaign data to identify trends, prospects, and areas of improvement.
Monitor KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate, and Organic Traffic.
Present performance insights and recommendations to clients and management.

Client & Team Coordination
Collaborate with designers, content writers, developers, and account managers.
Participate in client meetings and explain campaign strategies and results.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
2+ years of experience in Performance Marketing/Digital Marketing.
