Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and dispatch freight loads to drivers efficiently.
Communicate with brokers, carriers, and customers regarding shipment status.
Monitor and track shipments from pickup to delivery.
Maintain accurate records of loads, invoices, and dispatch activities.
Resolve transportation issues and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.
Build and maintain positive relationships with drivers and clients.

Requirements For Freshers:
Graduate or Undergraduate in any discipline.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to learn logistics and freight dispatch operations.
1+ years of experience in freight dispatching, logistics, or transportation.
Knowledge of load boards such as DAT, Truckstop, etc.




Experience in dealing with brokers and carriers.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
