Operations Leadership & Cross-Functional Coordination:
Act as the central point of coordination between operations, warehouse, finance, and customer fulfillment teams.




Ensure accurate and timely flow of operational data across inventory, returns, cancellations, orders, and sales channels.
Lead and mentor operations teams while fostering a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Drive alignment between physical inventory and financial inventory records to maintain complete operational visibility.

Warehouse Management & Inventory Reconciliation:
Own end-to-end inventory accountability across procurement, storage, fulfillment, returns, and stock reconciliation processes.
Implement and manage warehouse management systems to improve inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
Conduct regular inventory audits and establish controls to minimize discrepancies, losses, and stock variances.
Ensure accurate reconciliation of returns, replacements, damaged goods, and reverse logistics transactions.
