Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective patients and leads.
Explain the hospital's IVF and fertility services.
Handle initial patient queries professionally.
Schedule appointments for the counselling team.
Follow up with interested leads to maximize conversions.
Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass; Graduates preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati are mandatory.
Basic understanding of English is required for reading, writing, and easy communication. Professional fluency is not required.
Robust interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Work Schedule
Working Days: Monday to Sunday
Weekly Off: Wednesday
Office Timings: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Compensation
₹12,000 per month - Freshers.
