Lead and supervise the front-of-house team during daily operations.
Deliver outstanding guest service and ensure every guest feels welcomed.
Coordinate smoothly with the kitchen, pizza, coffee, and gelato teams for timely service.
Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally.
Train and motivate service staff to maintain premium hospitality standards.
Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, hygiene, and café ambience at all times.
Monitor staff grooming, punctuality, and discipline.
Upsell menu items including specialty coffee, desserts, pizzas, and gelato.
Assist in opening and closing duties, inventory checks, and shift handovers.
Ensure SOPs are followed consistently to maintain service excellence.
Pay: ₹9,951.67 - ₹27,107.43 per month
