Contact incoming leads and understand their photography/videography requirements.
Explain Shadow Capture Studio's packages, services, deliverables, and pricing.
Follow up consistently with potential clients through calls and WhatsApp.
Handle objections related to pricing, quality, deliverables, and competition.
Schedule and conduct studio/office meetings or client consultations.
Convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings.
Maintain accurate client information in the CRM.
Update lead status, follow-up dates, quotation status, booking status, and payment status.
Coordinate with the operations team after booking confirmation.
Ensure smooth communication between the client and studio team.
Send quotations and packages to prospective clients.
Follow up on quotations and pending decisions.
Track advance payments and booking confirmations.
Maintain a daily record of calls, leads, meetings, follow-ups, and conversions.

Pay: ₹15,000.89 - ₹25,000.00 per month
