About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers in the US and Canada through outbound sales calls.
Promote and sell telecom products and services.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Build robust customer relationships and maintain a professional approach.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Follow company sales processes and quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria
Freshers to 6 months of experience are welcome to apply.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English are mandatory.
Willingness to work in night shifts (US & Canada time zones).
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
