Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer at AVP level with solid system design capabilities, enterprise mindset, and AI-assisted development approach. The role requires designing scalable, secure, and reusable solutions while leveraging AI tools to improve engineering productivity and delivery efficiency.
AI-Assisted Development (Primary Focus).
Actively leverage AI-powered tools (GitHub Copilot, Gemini, etc.) for:
Accelerating microservices development and API design.
Generating boilerplate code, test cases, and documentation.
Supporting debugging, issue analysis, and performance improvements.
Refactoring code while maintaining standards and quality.
Ensure validation of AI-generated solutions for:
Security, performance, and scalability considerations.
Compliance with enterprise coding guidelines and standards
Drive responsible adoption of AI within the team and identify productivity improvement opportunities.

Your key responsibilities
Design and develop enterprise-grade Java microservices using Spring Boot aligned to architecture standards.
Define and implement robust API designs including versioning, pagination, error handling, and security best practices.
Ensure APIs are scalable, backward compatible, and follow enterprise API governance standards.
Implement microservices design patterns and choose appropriate solutions
