Respond promptly to vehicle breakdowns during operations.
Coordinate with drivers, workshops, mechanics, and external service providers for breakdown resolution.




Maintain a record of all breakdowns, causes, repair actions, downtime, and expenses.
Analyse breakdown patterns and recommend measures to reduce roadside failures.
Workshop Management
Supervise company workshop activities and mechanics.
Allocate repair and maintenance jobs to technicians.
Check the quality of repair work before releasing the vehicle.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of workshop tools and equipment.
Maintain workshop discipline, cleanliness, and safety standards.
Spare Parts Management
Identify and arrange required spare parts for vehicle repairs.
Verify the quality and suitability of spare parts before installation.
Coordinate with the purchase/store team for timely availability of parts.
Monitor consumption of major spare parts such as filters, brake components, belts, batteries, suspension parts, lubricants, etc.
