Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive, highly motivated, and relationship-driven Sourcing Executive to join our agile Sales and Marketing team. In the Indian real estate context, the Sourcing Executive plays a critical role in expanding our Channel Partner (CP) Network. You will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing local brokers, real estate agents,



and independent property consultants to generate a steady pipeline of quality customer leads and drive in office footfall for our ongoing and upcoming residential projects.

Key Responsibilities1. Channel Partner (CP) Onboarding & Relationship Management
Identify, approach, and network with local real estate brokers, consultants, and agencies across relevant micro-markets (especially Western Suburbs, Vasai-Virar, and Palghar regions).
Onboard recent Channel Partners into the Imperial Lifestyle ecosystem and maintain detailed records of the partner network.
Act as the primary point of contact for CPs, addressing their queries, coordinating brokerage structures, and keeping them updated on project inventory, pricing, and special offers.BeBee
Lead Generation & Site-Visit Coordination
Collaborate with Channel Partners to pitch Imperial Lifestyle projects to prospective property buyers.
