Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dishwashing area.
Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaned items.
Dispose of kitchen waste and assist in maintaining a clean work setting.
Support kitchen staff with basic cleaning and housekeeping tasks.
Refill cleaning supplies and report any equipment issues.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Perform other duties assigned by the kitchen management.
